I live in a country where Kangaroo is roadkill. Seriously, click here to see the "Roadkill Recipes" book series. As they say on their website, "Roadkill Recipes is designed for the discerning reader with an interest in native wildlife and fine cuisine." A bit frightening and disturbing....
